Kill is a village and parish in County Kildare, near the county’s border with Dublin beside the N7. The population is approximately 3,348 as per the 2016 Census. Great location – Have we mentioned how close Kill is to Dublin? It is extremely close making it an ideal base for those who are commuting every day. The journey to the Red Cow can take as little as 20 minutes if there isn’t too much traffic. Furthermore, if home owners are working in Citywest it can be much quicker. The Red Cow boasts the Luas and therefore, getting into the city centre is not too much hassle either.

Golf enthusiasts are spoiled for choice too, with numerous courses available including the world-renowned K Club and Palmerstown House Golf Club only a short drive away.
Tranquillity – Kill is surrounded by acres of countryside ideal for walking and the outdoor buff. It is a wonderful village to ramble around in while enjoying the beauty of nature. While some towns can be busy and bustling, Kill is a more peaceful village with a real sense of community spirit and local support.
Cheaper houses than Dublin – Though located close to Dublin, Kill doesn’t share Dublin prices, something that attracts buyers from all over Ireland. If you had your heart set on a Dublin address, Kill offers value for money and an extremely good option for first time buyers.
