The end of year is nigh, and it is always useful to analyse how this year’s property market has performed, what the current position is and of course, the future too. In MM Ward we expect the prices of houses to remain steady in the next year but there may not be much inflation either. Director Damien says, “The property market in Naas and the greater area remains as steady as it has been for recent months and we don’t expect too much of a price increase.” As for rentals there is always going to be a huge demand when supply is so low and next year will be just as congested as recent times, unfortunately.

MM Ward has continuously offered up to date statistics on our property sales and this end of year report is no different. We believe this benefits clients greatly as we are transparent and open – an approach we have strived to do and succeeded in doing. This accurate and real time breakdown of statistics is not readily available elsewhere and as we are a young and innovative company, we believe clients deserve the facts and figures to make selling or letting property with us an easy one.

Here are some of our findings for this year:

Naas remains the most popular area for selling property in Kildare for MM Ward with 41% of properties sold being situated in Naas. Kill and Sallins remained popular too though. This is nothing new as we are a Naas based business, so it is only natural that most of our business is within our local community. However, we have always travelled to other close by towns and villages which shows in our statistics below.
